"Privacy info left me confused"
I didn’t really feel comfortable trusting them with my data. The website seemed to say one thing in one place and something a bit different elsewhere, so I wasn’t sure what was actually happening with my information.

I really wanted this to work, but my gut feeling after using it is that it’s still not very reliable. It kept crashing right when I actually needed it, which made the whole experience frustrating.

"Update messed it up again"

"Definitely Not as Effortless as They Make It Sound"
I bought this after seeing their ads and website make it look like my phone issue would be fixed in just a few clicks. Cute idea, but that’s not exactly how it went. It was way less straightforward than they made it seem, and in the end it didn’t actually solve the problem for me. I guess the marketing team is working a lot harder than the product is.

"Recovery didn’t feel worth the risk"
I tried tenorshare because I really didn’t want to lose those deleted files for good, but the results were disappointing. It found a bunch of files, but many had weird or wrong names, broken previews, or opened up corrupted. Some of the “recovered” files were basically empty or totally unusable. I was hoping this would save me from losing important stuff, but instead I felt like I lost time and money too. Not the experience I expected.

"Decent tool, but the billing threw me off"
The tool itself worked fine for what I needed, so no major complaints there. But the billing part? Yeah, that’s where I got a little confused. I thought I was making a one-time payment, and then later I noticed the renewal info and was like, wait… did I miss that somewhere? Maybe it was listed and I just didn’t catch it, but it definitely could’ve been clearer. Support did get back to me, which I appreciated, so I’m giving it 3 stars

"Worked fine, but I expected clearer privacy details"
I used Tenorshare once and it did what I needed, so in that sense it met my expectations. But I was expecting a bit more reassurance around how my files and personal data were handled. Nothing went wrong and I didn’t notice any issues, but the privacy info felt a little too vague for my comfort. It’s decent overall, I’d just be cautious if you’re working with anything really personal

"Activation was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I bought the license and figured I’d be up and running right away, but the activation didn’t work at first. I had to retry it a few times and eventually contact support, which was annoying. To be fair, they did fix it later, but it still wasted my time. Also, I’m always a little skeptical when companies use super polished “seamless experience” type language, because this definitely wasn’t that.

"pretty complete, just not perfect"
it has most of the tools i needed, so overall i’m happy with it. there are a few little things i wish were better, but it gets the job done for the most part.

"I wish I’d gone with something cheaper"
It does work like it’s supposed to, but i kind of regret spending this much on it. For the price, I expected to feel a lot more impressed, and I just don’t think it was worth it for me.

"Refund process was honestly a pain"
I bought Tenorshare hoping it would sort out my issue, but it just didn’t really work for me. I asked for a refund soon after realizing that, but the responses felt slow and not super helpful, lol.

Instead of just moving forward with the refund, they kept asking me to try more steps. At that point I’d already spent enough time messing with it and just wanted it wrapped up.
By the end, I didn’t feel like I was being listened to. Maybe the product works fine for other people, but my refund experience was frustrating

"It worked, just took a bit"
The unlock did work in the end. I don’t remember every step now, but I do remember waiting longer than I expected a couple times. Still, it got the job done, so no major complaints...

"Not a great first impression. It said it..."
Not a great first impression. It said it was compatible, but when I tried using it on my Windows 11 laptop, it kept crashing over and over. Frustrating right out of the gate.

"The scan tested my patience"
I tried Tenorshare, the scan took way longer than I expected. It started up fine and seemed to be doing its job, but my laptop basically felt tied down the whole time while it searched for files. After a while, I found myself thinking that recovery tools are only helpful if they don’t make you feel stuck during the process. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but if I needed something quickly, I probably wouldn’t reach for it again.

"Easy install, just needed a little patience"
Got it installed without any real trouble. The setup was straightforward and only took a few minutes overall. I did check with support once and they basically said, “just give it a moment and follow the prompts,” which was pretty much all it needed.

"It did manage to find a handful..."
It did manage to find a handful of my photos, which was nice, but the main files I really needed were still missing. I even checked through the recovered folder a couple of times hoping I’d missed them, but no luck. A bit disappointing overall.

"Setup was confusing and felt carelessly put together"
The setup took way longer than it should have because the instructions skipped over a few important steps. I kept having to figure things out on my own, which got frustrating fast. It felt like whoever packed or handled the setup materials didn’t really check everything carefully before sending it out.

"Pretty quick, just not flawless"
I used Tenorshare to sort out an issue on my phone, it was faster than I thought it’d be. I was expecting to be sitting there forever, but most of the steps moved along quick, so that was a nice surprise.

The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because one part kinda just hung there for a bit with no real update, which was a little annoying. But hey, it got the job done in the end, so I’m not mad

"Support was decent, but it took too much back-and-forth"
They got back to me quickly, which I appreciated, but the answers weren’t always clear. I had to keep asking follow-up questions just to figure out what I was supposed to do, which got a little annoying. They were trying to help, but I wish the instructions had been easier to understand the first time. Overall, it was okay, just more effort than it needed to be

"Helpful support, but the waiting was annoying"
Support did end up fixing my software issue, so I’ll give them credit for that. They were nice and explained things in a simple way, which helped. But the waiting between replies was kind of frustrating. I had to wait, then wait again, and it felt like every step took longer than it should have. In the end it worked, so that’s good, but the slow back-and-forth was definitely annoying
